Well it is the start of another week and I am still positive that My place will really sell. The other day I had a good Horoscope that said ...... Well here it is...

As I took Molly out my 8 year old border collie mix. Head strong little girl that she is just couldn't go potty so we could get out of the cold so that I could enjoy my coffee and her a bone. She just had to go and bark at this lady at the end of the drive way. I noticed that she was holding one of the flyers for the sale of my place. So I took Molly over to meet her and introduced my self. Then I asked her if she was interested in the place that was for sale which she was. Next I asked if she would like to see it. So I warned here the place was a mess as I was up late and had not had a chance to clean up yet today. She said not to worry her place was a mess most of the time to and it would not bother her at all.
So I took her in for a tour of the place and she really liked it said it had a good homey feel to it. Liked the lay out. I really put on the sales in my told her about all the new floors and the new counter tops with new fixtures. She was curious about the neighbors and what the electric bill was like. We finished off with who she should contact if she had any questions and who she would have to deal with I let her know she could call my realtor or contact one of her own.
Well time will tell as it does in all things.
